The weight room will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
from 2:45-3:45PM. Make sure to get there at these times and also get your teammates in there as well. The top programs
in the state put in the time, so if we want to compete with them we need to do the same. Get everyone in there to
work your tails off.
